Blanton’s Original Single Barrel
Beim Blanton’s Original Single Barrelhandelt es sich um einen Bourbon Whiskey aus Kentucky. Er wurde aus einem Einzelfass der mittleren Reihe des berühmten Warehouse H abgefüllt. Früher wurde der Original Single Barrel nur für Botschafter, Würdenträger, und die Familie von Colonel Blanton produziert.
Markenzeichen des Blanton’s ist der Reiter auf dem Korken. Es gibt für jeden Buchstaben der Marke Blanton’s einen leicht unterschiedlichen Reiter. Wenn man nun diese 8 Korken nebeneinander aufstellt, sieht es aus wie ein galoppierender Reiter.

An der Nase: Würzige Noten von getrockneten Orangen mit einer eleganten Karamell- und Vanillenote.
Am Gaumen: Vollmundig und weich mit gebranten Mandeln und Karamell. Dazu gesellen sich Orange und ein Hauch Nelken.
Im Finish:Langanhaltend und schön ausgewogen mit verbleibender Vanillenote und Zitrus.
