Great news for the Piedmont Triad. Boom Supersonic has completed the factory located at Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO). The progress they've made in record time is a sign of things to come.

Boom Supersonic's superfactory, which will be building the 'son of Concorde,' will be completed by spring this year. With Buc-ee's and their 100 gas pumps coming to the Triad in Mebane, my wife and I stopped at our first during our weekend travels. It is something to behold. It has a following as we learned of the billboard in NJ saying, "Next Buc-ee's 542 miles." Their brisket drew customers with their butcher counter longer that most grocery stores. They do drive gas prices down. It's clearly an attraction, and we've now had our visit.
